The brushed wood

The wood is a wood brushed previously planed, which has been removed by the process of brushing the soft part of the wood by putting the emphasis on the grain.
It 'a very nice effect, especially in coniferous wood (fir, larch and pine) that are softer and therefore more easily brushable.
Brushing by an aging effect on the wood that makes an environment lived and hotter. Examples of woods brushed:
